By using Snoown2K Labs Services, you ("the User") expressly warrant and represent the following commitments. These User Warranties complement our Terms of Service.

1. Lawful Use

You warrant that you will use our Services exclusively for lawful purposes and in compliance with:

• All applicable local, national, and international laws.
• Anti-spam regulations (CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, ePrivacy Directive, etc.).
• Data protection and privacy laws applicable to you and your contacts.

2. Accurate Information

You warrant that all information you provide to Snoown2K Labs (during registration, contact requests, or while using the Services) is true, accurate, current, and complete.

3. Authorized Use of Credentials

When you provide email credentials (IMAP/SMTP), platform logins, or other authentication data:

• You confirm you are the legitimate owner of these accounts.
• You have the right to grant access to automated tools for your own use.
• You comply with the terms of service of the platforms you connect.

4. Authorized Contacts

If you import contact lists or send communications via our Services, you warrant that:

• You have obtained valid consent from your contacts where required by law.
• You will respect unsubscribe requests promptly.
• You will not use the Services to send unsolicited bulk communications (spam).

5. Responsibility for Content

You are solely responsible for all content you create, send, or process through our Services, including:

• Email content, subject lines, attachments.
• Templates, campaigns, and automation rules.
• Compliance with intellectual property rights of third parties.

6. No Misuse

You commit not to:

• Use the Services to defraud, harm, or harass any individual or entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code via our Services.
• Engage in activities that could damage our reputation or infrastructure.
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or technical restrictions.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Snoown2K Labs, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these User Warranties or our Terms of Service.
• Your misuse of the Services.
• Your violation of any third-party rights or applicable laws.

8. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of these warranties (by yourself or another user), please notify us promptly at connect@snoown2klabs.com.

9. Consequences of Breach

Failure to comply with these User Warranties may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, without refund and without prejudice to any legal action we may pursue.

10. Acknowledgment

By creating an account or using the Services, you acknowledge having read, understood, and accepted these User Warranties in their entirety.
